Shipping & Returns Policy

Please review the important information below to ensure the proper delivery of your Table.

Contact the Freight Company

You will need to contact the freight company to arrange a delivery time. Delivery times cannot be arranged by Table-Tennis-Tables.com on behalf of the receiving customer. Delivery can only be arranged once the shipment has reached the destination terminal. Most freight companies require a four-hour window delivery time. Should you fail to comply with the arranged delivery time, you will be responsible for any additional charges for redelivery and/or storage fees established by the freight company.

Method of Delivery:

With most of our table tennis tables, the table is taken off the end of the delivery truck. However, some deliveries are curbside so it is helpful to have a hand truck or a dolly available for delivery. The driver will need your help to unload the product from the truck. Due to liability purposes and the safety of the delivery person, drivers are unable to go inside or up or down stairs at the delivery location. Should you be unable to assist the driver, additional services, for an additional charge, can be provided by the freight company such as: Two-Man Delivery, Inside DeliveryRoom of Choice (specific room placement of the table)

Special delivery quotations can be made for customers who require inside delivery.

Questions regarding table tennis table assembly, missing parts etc., are handled by representatives of that factory. Questions regarding Table Tennis tables that are designed by us and made by contractor factories are answered by the U.S. representatives of that factory.

When shipping is stated as being included, it is included to most locations. It is possible, based on the particular game table product, and delivery location that there could be extra shipping. If there is any more shipping expense for your order, you will be notified in advance so that you may be decide on continuing the order or not.

The folding dimensions of a table tennis table cannot be guaranteed. If a dimension is critical to make a purchasing decision, send an email with a specific request. We will then ask the factory to confirm and certify the folding dimensions.

Guaranteed Delivery

Guaranteed delivery means that an actual freight routing estimate performed within the Freight carrier’s system indicates that delivery will be made by the guaranteed date.

Folding Tables

Folding table tennis tables have a folding mechanism that is flexible and often will not always allow the table halves to meet up perfectly even at the center of the table. The chassis flexibility, unevenness of the floor, and normal variation of the table top dimension can all contribute to this variation.

We want you to be entirely satisfied with the product you purchased from us. If you want to return the item that you purchased, you can do so within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price less any applicable restocking fees. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Certain items are non-returnable to Table-Tennis-Tables.com or to the factory. Simply give us a call to see whether a product can be returned.

For any items that we offer with free shipping, (including returned and canceled orders) the actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from your refund amount, as well as, the return shipping cost to the warehouse.

Your credit card will be charged when your order is processed. This will be prior to shipping your order.

For canceled Orders:

Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs for orders canceled after the item(s) have been shipped. The shipping cost will include the cost of outbound shipping to the customer, and also the cost of the return shipping back to the warehouse. This cost will be deducted from the refund amount. These charges also apply to any shipments refused at the time of delivery, except for those refused for freight damage.

For canceled orders with free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from your refund amount as well as the return shipping cost to the warehouse.

It is also necessary to return all free promotional accessories included with the purchase to ensure proper credit. These items may have been shipped separately.

We do not charge a credit card processing fee for canceled orders.

How to return/exchange your item:

FOR LARGE BOX ITEMS SHIPPED VIA FREIGHT LINES: If the returned item is a table tennis table, Table-Tennis-Tables.com will arrange for a carrier pick up after the customer has notified us that the game table has been repackaged in the original packaging, and is in a position ready for the carrier to pick up.

FOR SMALL BOX ITEMS SHIPPED UPS OR POSTAL, ETC: Carefully package the return item in the original packaging, and choose your own method of return shipping. For your protection and to ensure proper credit, it is necessary that items be returned in the original packaging, shipping prepaid and insured for the full value. Safe wrapping is needed to prevent damage.

When repacking an item for return, please be sure to include all the free promotional accessories which were part of the order. If a promotional item is missing from the return or is not in resalable condition, its value will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

Once the item(s) are received at our warehouse and inspected to ensure they are in resalable condition, a credit will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase, less any applicable restocking fee. If the return or exchange is for any reason other than an error on part of Table-Tennis-Tables.com, the shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the total refund.

Credit is issued within three to seven business days after receipt of the return.

Custom table tennis paddles are non-returnable.

Freight Damage

While the driver is still present, inspect the carton for any damage (holes in carton, crushed carton or crushed corners). IMPORTANT-If any of the above is visible, please DO NOT refuse shipment but make sure to note on the delivery receipt you must write, “Box Damaged, Contents to be Inspected”. If you notice damage to the actual Table (not just the carton), please REFUSE THE DELIVERY. Keep a copy of your receiving documents. You should inspect the contents of the box within 24 hours. If there is in fact product damage notify both the shipping company indicated on your receiving documents and the Manufacturer that shipped the table within 24 hours.. IT IS BEST TO REJECT A SHIPMENT WITH A DAMAGED BOX.

After unboxing the table, do not discard the carton until you are certain there is no damage. If there is damage to your table, please contact us immediately at 1-888-644-5660. If a replacement is sent out, you must repackage the damaged table in order for the freight company to collect it while delivering the new table.

The contact information for the various manufacturers is listed in the warranty section. Send an email if there is an e-mail address indicated for the manufacturer who shipped your table tennis table, and, call them to confirm receipt during their hours of operation which will almost be M-F.

Always supply both parties with the name and address of the person the product was delivered to and all reference numbers such as a bill of lading number, waybill number, etc.

It is important to keep your receipt from the shipping company.

If you call the freight company and talk to a person, make sure that you get the name of the person and ask them for a reference number of your report if one is available. You should also make sure that you do not rely only on phone calls.

When you are allowing a delivery company to leave a table tennis table or other such item without your signature you are waiving your right to make a claim to any party for freight damage, theft or any other claim.

Any freight damage replacements are limited to the product itself. Compensation is not offered for any hired services, such as, assembly, movement of products, repackaging, disposal of damage/defective parts or products. etc. In the event of any damage or defect, only the affected part(s) will be replaced. Any damaged or defective parts are discarded by the customer and not picked up and removed by the carrier.
